1. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Related technologies such as local storage work similarly. This page explains what this site stores and why.

2. Strictly necessary

• Session and authentication — set by Supabase so a signed-in staff member stays signed in to the shipment panel. Visitors browsing the public site are given an anonymous session identifier so a chat conversation stays linked to them.
• Local storage — the site keeps a small record of your chat conversation reference so your messages are still there if you reload the page.

3. Live chat

Our chat widget is provided by Smartsupp, which sets its own cookies to keep your conversation continuous across pages and visits. See Smartsupp's own privacy documentation for details.

4. Maps

Route maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap-based services. These requests reach those providers and are subject to their policies.

5. What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics profiling.

6. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will stop the live chat and the staff panel from working correctly; the rest of the site will still function.
