• Live chat — the name and email you choose to give, and the messages you send.
• Shipment tracking — the tracking numbers you look up.
• Email updates — your email address, if you ask to be notified about a shipment.

2. How we use it

To reply to enquiries, provide quotes, deliver shipment updates you have asked for, and keep records required for customs and freight compliance. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. How long we keep it

Enquiries and chat transcripts are kept while they are commercially useful and then deleted. Shipment records are retained as long as required by customs and carrier obligations. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

4. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Shipment and enquiry data is held in a database protected by row-level access rules, and the staff panel requires an authenticated account. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the data we hold.
