This site provides information about Cargo Forge Co's freight services, a shipment tracking tool, and ways to contact us. Using it does not by itself create a contract of carriage.
Quotes given through this site or by email are indicative and subject to confirmation, capacity, and inspection of the actual cargo. A binding agreement exists only once we confirm a booking in writing. Rates may change where declared weight, dimensions, contents or destination differ from what you told us.
Tracking data, milestones, map positions and estimated arrival times are provided in good faith and updated as carrier information reaches us. Map positions are maintained through live geometry and telemetry follow-ups across our carrier network. Estimated arrival dates remain estimates rather than guarantees.
You are responsible for describing cargo accurately, for ensuring it is legal to ship to its destination, and for providing correct customs documentation. You must not ship prohibited or dangerous goods without declaring them in advance and in writing.
Our liability for loss of or damage to cargo is governed by the carriage contract and by the international conventions applicable to the mode of transport used. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, arising from delay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this site or its systems, interfere with its operation, or use automated tools to extract data from it.
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies.
